  • Industrial Rehabilitation
    • Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)
      • We can make sure that you are physically ready to return to work with a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE). This evaluation measures your physical capabilities and determines the level of participation that is right for you while limiting your risk of re-injury.
    • Workers’ Compensation
      • Injuries at work happen. We understand the full implications of being injured at work and are dedicated to helping you heal quickly and safely to get you back to work and reduce the risk of re-injury.
    • Work Hardening / Conditioning
      • Returning to work can be challenging. We offer an extensive, individualized evidence-based program to prepare you for a successful and safe reintegration to work. Our program is tailored to all aspects of the individual and simulates your individual work environment and demands.
      • The program consists of 3-5 days per week for 4-6 hours each day for an individualized timeframe based on need and progression.
      • The program addresses all components of successful healing and return to work including physical, psychological and emotional impairments.
      • Throughout the program, you will be an integral member of your treatment plan assisting with goal setting to establish measurable progression.
      • When you complete the program, you aren’t alone. We are here to help you through the entire progress of returning to work and offer resources even when you are back at work to ensure safety and prevent re-injury.
    • Pre-Employment / Post-Offer Testing
      • When hiring a new candidate, we work with employers to ensure that their employees are physically able to perform the specific job function while minimizing the risk of injury. We follow ADA and EEOC Guidelines and ensure a safe work environment for all stakeholders.
  • Sports Medicine
    • Our dedicated team of physical therapists work with a diverse range of athletes across various sports, skill level and injury severity. We work with the player, family, coaches and medical team to ensure safe and successful return to sport with decreased risk of re-injury.
  • Hand Therapy
    • Hand injuries are complicated and our team of physical therapists are specialized in evaluating and treating diverse cases from sprains and strains, fractures, arthritis, wounds, amputations and scar maintenance to maximize functional recovery. 
  • Spine Therapy
    • Neck and back pain are extremely common and can be debilitating. Our team of highly trained physical therapists use a comprehensive evaluation and multifaceted treatment approach tailored to each individual to maximize outcomes as quickly as possible.
  • Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy
    • Vestibular dysfunctions, such as vertigo, dizziness and imbalance, can have rapid onset and can be extremely debilitating. Our therapists offer same day evaluation and treatment options to prevent disabilities related to vestibular dysfunction and achieve independence and high quality of life.
  • Pelvic Therapy
    • Women and men can experience debilitating pelvic floor dysfunctions that often result in pain or bowel/bladder incontinence.     • Neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and many more can be overwhelming. Our therapy team offers a comprehensive approach to managing these conditions to maximize functional independence and quality of life for many years.
  • Concussions
    • Concussions happen when a force, direct such as trauma or indirect such as whiplash, cause the brain to move within the skull. Concussions can happen to anyone and may result in a variety of symptoms.  Our skilled therapists specialize in the treatment and management of symptoms related to concussions to minimize the effects.  Throughout the healing process, our therapists will develop a progressive re-integration to activity program with you to avoid re-injury.
  • Headaches
    • Headaches are one of the most common complaints for any age group. Our physical therapists specialize in determining the root cause of your headaches and will develop a treatment program to assist in relieving your symptoms and preventing subsequent recurrences.
  • TMJ Pain
    • The temporomandibular joint is a unique joint with a small disc between the bones. TMJ dysfunction can occur for a variety of reasons, from trauma or poor oral habits.  Symptoms can vary extensively between people including jaw popping, limited mouth opening, facial pain and headaches.   Our therapists offer an extensive, individualized assessment to determine the cause of your TMJ pain and partner with you in creating a treatment plan to resolve and prevent TMJ pain and dysfunction.
